Dornach – Karoline & Patrick Uccelli

Karoline is a biologist and is the pulsing heart of the company. She’s responsible of everything that regards the biodiversity inside our estate. She takes care lovingly of everything that flowers, carries fruits, lays eggs and bleats and gives us milk. 

Patrick, vine-dresser and oenologist. You can find him in the vineyard or in the cellar. But from time to time you can find him sitting at the table with a glass of wine. He takes care of the soil, the vines and follows the growth of the grapes to wine until it goes bottled. Follow him in his work, let him introduce you to the concepts and principles of the biodynamic cultivation.
